Welcome to Anora (“Platform”), operated by Dr. Mohini Deshpande and Madhura Patwardhan (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using this Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this Platform.
1.2 By using this Platform, you agree that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Services Provided
2.1 The Platform connects mothers with independent service providers (psychologists, gynecologists, lactation consultants, fitness trainers, and related experts).
2.2 The Company does not provide medical advice, treatment, or emergency care. All consultations are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Not record, share, or distribute sessions or content without prior written consent.
- Respect all service providers and other users during interactions.
4. User Accounts
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.2 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to secure your account.
5. Payments & Bookings
5.1 Payments for consultations, workshops, or programs shall be made through the Platform’s integrated payment gateway.
5.2 All bookings are subject to availability of the service provider.
5.3 Refunds, reschedules, or cancellations will follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy mentioned below:
We understand that motherhood is unpredictable, and we aim to be as considerate as possible while respecting our experts’ time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund. • If you’re unable to attend, you may request a one-time reschedule, subject to availability, provided the request is made within the required notice period. • In case of a no-show, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
In rare or unavoidable circumstances, please write to us at contact@anoracare.in, and we will review the situation with care and fairness.

6. Privacy & Data Handling
6.1 We collect, process, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Health-related data may be shared with service providers strictly for the purpose of providing services.
6.3 We will not sell or misuse your personal information.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
7.1 The Platform is a facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or outcome of services provided by service providers.
7.2 The Company is not liable for:
- Medical negligence, advice, or services provided by service providers.
- Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Platform.
7.3 In case of emergency medical conditions, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency services.
7.4 The platform and its experts shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from a client’s interpretation, application, or use of the information provided
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Platform (logos, designs, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by or licensed to the Company.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written permission.
9. Termination of Access
9.1 We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Misuse the Platform;
- Engage in abusive or illegal behavior.
9.2 You may discontinue use at any time by deleting your account.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through written communication.
10.2 If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Pune, Maharashtra, in English, before a sole arbitrator.
10.3 The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
